The contents are very good. <p>Inscribed on the first page by the editor John Thorn: "For [----] / On behalf of my contributors / Best / John".<p>John Thorn [b. 1947] is a sports historian, author, publisher and cultural commentator. Since March 2011 he has been the Official Baseball Historian for Major League Baseball.
