US: Grove Press, 1959. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good plus. First Edition. First Printing. First State dust jacket. Signed by Burroughs on a pasted in bookplate on first free end paper. Pages are unmarked by previous owners, though end papers are very lightly soiled. Binding is tight. Spine has slight lean. Boards are clean, light rubbing, minor edgewear. Text block is lightly soiled. Dust jacket has some slight edgewear, creases and closed tears at spine ends and corners. Dust jacket covers are scuffed and rubbed, back cover is browned, faint discoloration due to moisture stain on back cover and spine end. Dust jacket is in a protective mylar cover.
