NY: Crowell. Good only, no dj (see notes). 1920 or so. hardcover. hardcover. 8vo . 430pp . Pencil notes on end paper, split over hinge has been re-glued. A few pp of marginalia. Spine lettering unreadable, front is OK. No date, but about 1920. Very decent reading copy, despite listed flaws. .
