New York: Boni and Liveright, 1927. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good. First edition. Octavo hardcover in navy blue cloth lettered in yellow on spine and front cover. Patterned endpapers in white on dark blue. 349 pp. A tight, very good example with some modest rubbing to the spine lettering and a bit of spine fade. Faulkner's second novel, set in New Orleans and on a yacht on Lake Ponchartrain on which a diverse set of passengers undertake a four-day pleasure outing.
