Small piece (1 square inch) missing from lower right corner of front cover (not affecting any text). Bound in the original thin, wood veneer sides and cloth spine. Includes a 30 inch long fold-out diagram of the canal. Also bound-in is a four-color, fold-out map of northern New Jersey (17 inches wide) showing the Morris Canal, the watershed area from which the canal draws its supply, including Lake Hopatcong. The rear cover is imprinted: "This cover is real wood veneer from Japan.". First Edition. Stiff flexible wood veneer. Near Very Good condition. 63pp.
