Plain dustwrapper with blue and white coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. In this small book the author deals with aspects of criminal law and morality . The first dealing with the laws dealing with homosexuality, suicide and abortion and the case for reforming said laws; i.e. decriminalisation for example. The second lecture he talks about how the law should deal with people suffering from mental abnormalities, and, how in his opinion, people with mental abnormality who come up for trial have their cases treated on the facts of the offence, and, only at the sentencing phase should any mental abnormalities be taken into consideration.  the first dealing with Lionel Cohen Lectures series, dealing with Rubbing of the back strip edges, lower book edges and top book corners. Age toning of the text block edges with a very distinct musty smell emanating from the book. Rubbing of the dustwrapper edges and panels and there is sunning of the back strip and rear panel.
