Quarter bound with black cloth spine over red paper backed boards, gilt spine titles and facsimile author signature stamped in gilt on front board. Intact dust jacket shows price of $15.95 on front flap. Pictorial endpapers. Printed self portrait drawing of author on pre-title page and printed autograph on title page. Illustrated with halftones throughout and three groupings of color plates. Text block clean, tight, unmarked, crisp. Appears unread. Note printing defect: middle grouping of color plates (pages 130-131) trimmed short at head and uncut. Dust jacket now in archival protective cover. Autobiography of one of the most popular singers of the 20th Century.

Village Lights Bookstore opened as a brick-and-mortar shop in 2008. We are a "mom & pop" business, and we live in the same building. We are members of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America, the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers, the American Booksellers Association, and the Great Lakes Independent Booksellers Association. We offer a modest, but diverse, selection of rare, collectible, and antiquarian items, as well as select higher quality new books.
