Paris, 1920. First Edition . Soft cover. Fair/No Dust Jacket. 4to. 342 pages, plus six plates, of which five are colored, and two folding maps. Presentation copy, inscribed and signed by the author on the title page. Original brown paper wrap covers. Text block is broke near center. Paper wrap covers are heavily chipped over spine and show general lesser wear along edges. Page 5/6 and proceeding black and white photo plate show a one inch tear. Suitable as a binding copy.
