New York: Liveright, Inc, 1933. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. First edition, first printing, first issue. One of the original 800 copies issued by Liveright as they went bankrupt; an addition 1,400 copies were withheld and later issued by Harcourt, Brace and Company. Publisher's tan cloth, with spine stamped in black and silver. Very Good with chipping to spine ends. Light, uneven fading to cloth, heaviest at spine, spine cloth is also foxed, stamping a bit rubbed. Pages toned. Lacking the dust jacket, though clipped remnants of the flaps and rear panel are laid in. White 3.
