Quarter green cloth, with cream paper covered boards and gilt titling on spine, in an unclipped dustjacket. Very light wear to corners of jacket; light bump and 3 mm nick at head of spine of jacket. Signed and inscribed in blue ink by Bakke on title page. Interior otherwise clean and unmarked. Binding firm.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good.
