About This Item

New York: (Ariel Books) Farrar, Straus & Cudahy, 1955. 1st. Decorative Cloth. Collectible; Fine/Very Good. SIGNED BY THE ILLUSTRATOR ARNOLD EDWIN BARE on the verso of the title page. A sharp copy to boot of the 1955 1st edition. Clean and Near Fine in a bright, price-intact, VG- dustjacket, with light creasing at the front panel, several closed tears along the spine and tape applied neatly --and inconspicuously-- to the inside of the dustjacket. Oblong quarto, nicely illustrated thruout by Arnold Edwin Bare. Signed by Illustrator.
