What is unique about the building is that each floor has a movable shutter that can close off the balcony from the outside, like the shutters on storefronts. The book is designed as a flip-book, moving the reader through a typical unit in the building, to the balcony, and then outside the building as the shutters are lowered. A fascinating and creatively designed marketing tool with a detailed look at the interior and exterior of the building.
