This remains a classic work since the repetition of his initial experiments has been replicated as late at 2013 when a female chimpanzee made the same correct choice in 238 out of 250 tests conducted over a period of time. Was Darwin right; however, when he said the great difference between the human brain and that of the ape was merely in complexity not function? Kohler's work is used today in comparative brain science, psychology, and other scientific procedures.
