Van Nostrand Reinhold Ltd., 1978. This dust jacket is well rubbed, tanned with stains, spots and dents and scratches. The edges are dented and frayed with some chunks missing on the inside section. The spine ends are dented and frayed. This hard cover is so very good. It is a cloth covered hard and in great shape. The fore-edge is tanned and lightly foxed on the top. The inside body of this book is tanned and the half title page has a penciled number and dash. The inside bady of this book is tanned. . Hard Cover. Fair/Fair.
