VG in its full chocolate-brown leather, with raised bands and bright gilt-lettering along the spine and decorative blindstamping to the panels. Very light scuffing along the panel edges and outer hinges, otherwise very clean. Octavo, 338 pgs., top-edge gilt. Handsome engraved frontispiece, neat newspaper columns affixed to the front pastedown.
