Original price on DJ has not been clipped. 'This book belongs to' stamp on front endpaper(with name 'A. Milner' written neatly in biro). Dedication by the author on the half title page: 'For Ali and Eileen, With my love, Rich' and the author's signature below this. The page is dated 28th April 1984. A very presentable copy of a scarce title. Location: TSING1 . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1984.
