About This Item
Bologna: Acrati, 2020. Pamphlet. 55p., stapled wraps, 5.75x8 inches, very good condition. Updated edition of the collection of essays on disease and medicine originally published in 1993, with a new introduction on Covid-19. Text in Italian. Os Cangaceiros was a French illegalist anarchist group. According to Wolfi Landstreicher's introduction to a collection of their writings, "[t]he group came together in Nice in 1968. Taking the well-known graffiti 'Never work, ever!' to heart, they began creating their lives in opposition to the entire world based on work and thus constantly risked prison. They traveled all over Europe, participating in revolts throughout the 1970s and early 1980s.
