Bangs, William Dean Howells, Kate Douglas Wiggins, Brander Matthews, Andrew Carnegie, Carolyn Wells, and others, reading of a letter by President Theodore Roosevelt, photos of the elegantly-dressed dinner guests, and a two-page illustration of the banquet. Bound together with a copy of the December 23, 1905 issue of Harper’s Weekly, although pages mixed up (supplement is out of sync in center and cover (now detached) was bound in as first page.
