Hardback: bright blue cloth decorated and lettered on spine in bright gilt, on front in gilt and different shades of blue, top front corner cracked, corners bumps, marks on back, presentation plate (dated 1916) on front endpaper partly removed, some internal and foredge foxing, a few page corners bumped, else g. 8vo, 240pp. 8 colour plates.
