Publisher's original blue cloth over boards, gilt lettering to upper cover. Book Condition: pea sized gouge near crown of spine, right in the joint, else fine. Dust Jacket Condition: the same gouge to jacket as mentioned above, creasing to top edge of rear panel, with scattered dents around area of gouge.
