Du Bois, William Pene. 40pp. A super first edition copy of this classic childrens book by Roald Dahl. Colour pictorial hardboards and numerous b/w drawn illustrations throughout support the text. No inscriptions. Slight bumps to the head and tail of the spine and to the front edge of the front board. A little finger soiling to the margin of page 4, not affecting the text. Occasional slight thumbing. No wrapper. The book is very well preserved, being fresh and tight - especially so being a childrens book. A very good copy.
Synopsis
The Magic Finger is a children's story published by Roald Dahl in 1966. Although the original edition had illustrations by William Pene du Bois, there have been later editions of the book with illustrations by Pat Mariott, Tony Ross, and Quentin Blake.
