This collection comprises 44 'spirit talks' by "Dr Lascelles" and received through his medium Mr. C. A. Simpson. The British imprint was started by William Rider & Son in 1908, when it took over occult publisher Philip Wellby's list. Dedicated to esoteric books, as well as publishing The Occult Review, Ralph Shirley served as director until 1925, when it was sold to Hutchinson and became Rider & Co.
