Orig. published in 1939 & never out of print, this is a 1971 Eighth printing of the new Viking Edition from 1960. Unpaginated. With gold-colored decorative cloth-over-boards with brown lettering to spine, this oversized hardcover is in VG condition: very clean, binding tight & square, pages white. NO writing/highlighting/underlining; NOT ex-lib. Only real flaws are bumped corners & some very faint foxing. The clipped DJ is downgraded to only Good due to these flaws, rubbing to all extremities, vertical 3" tear ascending from bottom edge of front cover near spine, heavy wear & a small hole to spine, red crayon scribbles on back cover.
