The text is illustrated with 15 coloured posters from throughout Mad Magazine's history by various illustrators; such illustrators as Don Martin, Antonio Prohias and Sergio Aragones to name but three. 1/4 black cloth backstrip with white coloured titles to the backstrip. 3/4 illustrated paperback cover with black, white and yellow coloured titles to the front panel. 15 coloured posters from Mad Magazine with an explanation of the poster to the verso.  Creasing of the book corners with rubbing of the book edges and a little to the book panels. The top 5.5" and lower 3.5" had split – please see photograph.
