Killen, with the original, full title as "A Narrative of the Siege of Londonderry, or the Late Memorable Transactions of that City, faithfully represented, to rectify the Mistakes and supply the Omissions of Mr. Walker's account, by John Mackenzie, Chaplain to a Regiment there during the Siege." Handsomely rebound in a creamy burgundy-colored leatherette over tips and spine, marbled paper over boards, bright gilt lettering over black cloth label in two of the five compartments made by four raised bands, and with new, stiff endpapers. Very light wear to text-block, scattered foxing, still quite bright and clean, tightly bound. Introductory notes by W.D. Killen, who here edits Mackenzie's definitive text regarding the Derry Siege of 1689xxi [2], 4-95Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
