New York: Holt, Rinehart and Winston, 1967. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/fair. 6 1/4 x 9 1/2 in. Black cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine. Two volumes in slipcase. Condition of books is NEAR FINE ; very clean tight copies with a few pencilled notes in margins. DJ condition is FAIR both have some closed tears and very darkened and soiled spines. Not Price-clipped. Vol 2 is much more badly worn with extensive tears and discoloration. Slipcase is worn but sound.
