Stone cloth with gilt title to spine and brown/red vignette to front cover. Colour illustrations and endpapers. The Glyndebourne Version. 'D' inked to vertical edge of text block but no damage inside seen. Top edge of text block a little dusty. Contents fine. Clear acetate wrapper has loss to top and bottom (possibly the reason for the 'D'). [S]
