[12] pp. This edition was handset in Eric Gill's Joanna type and printed by Dwight Agner at The Press of the Nightowl in Athens, Georgia. With a tipped-in color frontispiece by Janice La Motta. Limited issue, one of 150 copies. Jack Gilbert's Winning, Falling, and Flying printed herein was his first occasional poem composed specifically for this publication. Signed by Gilbert, Gregg, and La Motta at the colophon.

Shipping and handling on overseas orders will be billed at cost. Surface and air rates vary, please inquire. We usually ship by UPS, so please provide an appropriate street address. If necessary, we will also ship by Priority Mail. Shipping is additional: $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. North Carolina residents must add seven percent sales tax.
