Eddy, n.d.). Each published in flexible black leatherette covers, some tabulated, each with silk linen ribbon bookmarks, three with gift inscriptions, some discoloration of inside flaps to two tomes. Else and withal, a good-looking, structurally sound set of four items. Mary Baker Eddy (1821-1910) was a spiritual pioneer. Her work covered the disciplines of science, theology, and medicine.Mary Baker Eddy studied the Bible her entire life but claimed that, in 1866, she recovered from a life-threatening accident after reading about a purported "healing" of Jesus. She came to think that physical healing was based upon spiritual healing that was based on divine laws of God, Spirit.
