Souvenir Press, London, 1986. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good Condition/Very Good. 480 pp., last six blank, dedication, author's notes and acknowledgements, bibliography and index. The text is illustrated with contemporary black and white photographs. Black coloured boards with silver writing on the spine. Slight darkening of the top edge of the text block. Plain text dustwrapper, with black and white background red and white writing on the front panel and spine. Rubbing to the lower edge of the dust jacket which has a 0.25 inch split at the bottom of the spine section. After the Nuremberg trials in 1945, seven of the high Nazi hierarchy were sentenced to prison, for various terms, in Spandau prison Germany. This is the story of those men Albert Speer -- Von Schirach -- Von Neurath -- Raeder -- Doenitz -- Funk -- Hess as told through their own words and documents acquired by the author.
