This is the second impression printed in September 1944 of this delightful childrens book.The grey card boards are in only fair condition with all of the card lost to the spine. However the book is still very delicately bound together. There is rubbing and bumping to the front and back covers Partial loss and damage of pictorial front endpaper. The interior pages and colour pictures are in excellent condition throughout with no loss of colour or damage to the plates. One for the caring collector or restoration enthusiast..
