Perfect-bound in illustrated wraps, 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", 234 pp. Very good, bruised crown, lightly worn and rubbed wraps at edges and corners; 'A History of Acid Rock' article (pps. 85-103) lightly marked in blue ink.. Cooper's eleventh issue of Little Caesar featuring the 1980s avant garde. There are sixteen photographs and two monologues from David Wojnarowicz's "Rimbaud in New York" photo series in which he posed in a paper mask of poet Arthur Rimbaud in different New York City scenes. Taken with a borrowed camera when Wojnarowicz was 24 years old, they constitute one of his earliest bodies of work, and a rare foray for him into the medium of photography. Contributor Tim Dlugos brought Wojnarowicz's photography to the attention of Dennis Cooper after he picked up the young artist at the Chelsea Piers.
