A very good copy with uneven fade to the top of the front panel and to the spine of the original red boards. A rather special copy, Signed by the author to front end page 'For Joe from Eleanor' additionally signed by Denys Blakelock who wrote a biography of Eleanor Farjeon. Denys has written a charming poem to the front end page. 'Do you remember September - Eleanor, You and I ? Here is a token tender, To Remember September by' and from Denys. .
