Off-white cloth with printed paper spine label. One of a limited edition of 100 copies, but unnumbered (not part of the limited edition of 1,000 copies). Includes index. A heavy book; for international shipping, it will have to be sent by priority international. In Good Condition: cover is soiled; hinges are very weak; front free endpaper, blank leaf, and title page are detached as a unit but present; otherwise, clean and tight; all plates are present.
