Philadelphia: George W. Jacobs & Co, 1906. Hardcover. Good. xv, [1], 433 p., 52 leaves of plates with captioned tissue guards: in-text and full-page illustrations; 28 cm. Off-white cloth with printed paper spine label. One of a limited edition of 100 copies, but unnumbered (not part of the limited edition of 1,000 copies). Includes index. A heavy book; for international shipping, it will have to be sent by priority international. In Good Condition: cover is soiled; hinges are very weak; front free endpaper, blank leaf, and title page are detached as a unit but present; otherwise, clean and tight; all plates are present.
