Paris: Payot, 1949. First Edition/Early Printing. Paperback. Good +/N/A. In wraps. Dated 1947 on title page and 1949 on copyright page with no other printings listed. Edgewear/creasing with bumps to bottom of spine and top rear corner of spine. Vertical creasing to spine from opening. A couple short tears to top of rear cover near spine and one to bottom font spine crease with some chipping to bottom of spine. Tanning with minimal soiling. Short tears to tops of first few pages. Foxing to top pages and to a much lesser extent front page ends. A few spots in text block, otherwise nice and clean with solid binding. Illustrated with folding map attached in rear. Pages are still uncut. Deckle edge. In French.
