Grey cloth with gilt spine and cover titles, red and green illustration on spine and front cover. Top page edges gilt. Title page in red and black. "Memorial Library Edition" -- at head of title page. Former owner's name on front free endpaper: Olive H. Phillips. William McKinley (1843-1901), the 25th president of the United States, was assassinated in the first year of his second term. This volume includes the eulogy by Archbishop Ireland, American and foreign tributes to the president, and the official medical report of Dr. Presley M. Rixey. In Very Good- Condition: lightly rubbed; front hinge weak; frontispiece slightly soiled; otherwise, clean and tight.
