The rear of book contains the ad and approximately 12 pages of order forms, none of which are filled out. Or the order forms has a 1 inch tear along the top. There's an issue with the book with the image plate of Thomas A. Hendricks (located about 35 pages in) as it was bound not square with the rest of the pages, which was probably why this book was never used by the salesman. This is a salesman sample and is not the entire book as it only contains specific pages set to entice a customer to order a copy. See photos.
