Book - in Good maroon boards with black and gilt decoration and gilt lettering - there was some loss to the extreme top of the spine which has now been professional repaired with maroon cloth with some variation in colour, some light marking to the front board, heavier marking and irregular fading to the back board and some sunning to the spine but the lettering remains distinct, slight rubbing to the extreme corners. Contents, replaced end papers, slight marking to the occasional page, previous owner's inscriptions dated 1875 and 1916 to free front end paper otherwise clean and tightly bound. Size: 7.5 inches tall by 5 inches. xii, 500 pages which includes an index.
