Bobbs-Merrill, 1951. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good-/Very Good-. Signed. SIGNED, without inscription, by William Styron on the front endpaper. The volume is spine and edge sunned, lightly edge worn, and perimeter shaded on the endpapers and pastedowns. The unclipped dust jacket, sleeved in m mylar, is chipped on the corners and spine ends, rubbed on the joints and folds, and has closed tears and creases around the spine areas.
