Tiguri - Zurich: Excudebat Christophorus Froschoverus, 1582 Book. Good. Disbound. Two volumes bound in one, the second is titled - In quatuor Evangelistas, Matthaeum, Marcum, Lucam & Ioannem, item in acta apostolorum commentarii; publisher's details the same. [12], 334, 337-342, [3] leaves in the first part - no leaves numbered 335+6, but the catchword at the foot of leaf 334 verso continues on 337 recto Final integral blank leaf also present. [6], 347, followed by a blank leaf and then 3 leaves of index to the second part. The first title page has the number 2 written on it twice at the head and also the ownership inscription - Ex Bibliotheca San Margaretana. In old full leather, but the front board is detached and there are no front free end papers. The spine is split and very worn, the boards also are worn and scuffed. Some pages lightly browned. Part of a set of works of Pellicanus published in 6 volumes. A heavy volume, extra postage will be required to send it outside the UK..
