This copy is VG+ in a VG+ DJ. Exterior has minor toning along the edges, but is otherwise is clean and crisp. Interior is unmarked, clear, and tightly bound. Modest ,even toning to EP's and page edges. DJ is cream with green decorations and black tiles. Cream portion is modestly yellowed. Jacket is generally free of any other blemishes. Translated from the Russian by V.Dutt.More than 100 letters to/from Gorky from 1889 to 1936 along with photographs of such luminaries asTolstoi, Chekhov, Stasov, Repin, and H.G.
