Boards a little foxed, discoloured at edges and gently rubbed and rounded on corners and spine ends. Pages a little tanned, and a couple of pages offset during manufacturing so now chapped at edges. Previous owner's name and withdrawn stamp on front free endpaper (but no other library markings). Slightly loose. A news reporter recounts his story of surviving a plane crash in the New Guinea jungle during the second world war.

The unclipped dustwrapper is very aged and soiled to the inside margin supplied in a new removable archival sleeve. A true story. News correspondent survives plane crash in the jungles of WWII New Guinea. Many hardships & brushes with death lead to spiritual awakening.
