Causeway: Ministry of Health, 1982. 3 sheets, 8x11.75 inches printed recto-only, Ministry of Health letterhead on first sheet, lightly soiled and worn, stapled. Copy of a letter from African American health worker in Zimbabwe, McCoy, attempting to break through the bureaucratic walls set up against his efforts to train ex-combatants as district health statisticians. Unknown whether this was a surreptitiously made photocopy, or intended as an open letter for distribution.
