A VG book in only a Good DJ, still the First Edition from 1954, perhaps a 1960 printing. Still a classic in the nutrition field, with an Introduction by then National Secretary of the American Academy of Nutrition, W. D. Currier, M. D. Hardcover in 322 pages has light green cloth-covered boards with darker green lettering to front & spine. Condition is VG: generally clean, binding strong & straight, pages lightly tanned all over, no foxing. Old gift inscription in pen on ffep; NO other writing/underlining/highlighting; NOT ex-lib. The unclipped DJ (with orig. $3.50 price on front flap, crossed out) is downgraded to only Good due to chipping & edgewear all around, some creasing & small holes, rubbing to extremities.
