Book is fine and unmarked. Jacket is near fine but for a 1/4""x3"" chip at the top inner edge of the front panel, and a 1/2"" chip to the bottom of the spine, not affecting text or photo. Protected in an archival Mylar jacket cover. Extremely scarce due to high demand and low print run.
