Interior clean, pages age-toned, light foxing on endpapers. 94 pages. Contents include: list of officers, governors, charter members (1887), resident members, non-resident members and rules & by-laws. William Allen Butler served as founding member and President from 1887-1921. A few of the 1887 Charter members: Edward D. Adams, Augustus C. Brown, Frederick H. Comstock, Edmund Dwight, Roger Foster, Charles W. Gould, Grosvenor S. Hubbard, Laflin L. Kellog, John J. McCook, Robert Olyphant, Francis K. Pendleton, Charles E. Rushmore, John M. Scribner, John C. Tomlinson, Aug H. Vanderpoel, Charles W. Wells and William H. Young. Packaged with care and shipped in a box. .
