Franceshini. 364 pps., frontispiece photograph of Jo Davidson's clay bust of Lawrence; Dated 1929, and bearing the same imprint as the genuine 1928 First Edition. It was published posthumously but Lawrence sanctioned this edition before his death. (Ref Roberts Bibliography Third Edition.)Dated 1929, and bearing the same imprint as the genuine 1928 First Edition, but these devices were used to obscure the fact that it was published by bookseller Charles Lahr, publisher P. R. Stephenson, and printed by W. Graves at London in the middle of 1930, thereby protecting the printer and publishers from prosecution. It was published posthumously. Book is very good and quite bright. Edges lightly rubbed. Contents good but page edges and a number of pages foxed. Uncommon. More images can be taken upon request. Ref 16431
