London: William Blackwood, 1900. Gold title and library reference number on red cloth boards which have a sunned spine and some very light marks. Internally there are small ink stamps of The Gas Company's library, Old Kent Road to front pastedown and top of page 1 (not affecting the text), else clean, tight and unmarked. vi + 363 pages. Not the usual lending library type condition. Overall a Good + copy. Sydney Carlyon Grier was the pseudonym of Hilda Caroline Gregg (1868-1933). **** A SCARCE TITLE **** B2D. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
