The dust jacket is chipped with a tear to the top edge of each panel & a piece out of the top corner of the front panel affecting one word of the title. The rear panel is lightly soiled. [x] & 146 pages. Illustrated in black & white with a double-page pictorial title & 2 plates [production shots]. A roughly excised publicity photo has been tipped onto a blank page by a previous owner with light offsetting & a paper-clip mark to the facing page. Good in a fair dust wrapper. <p>First edition.
