And in a bright, VG- dustjacket, with chipping at the spine ends, very light creasing along the panel edges and light fading to the spine. Still though, a very presentable copy. 12mo, several crisp black-and-white photos accompanying the text.

Jacob Ben-Ami (1890-1977) was a noted Belarusian-born Jewish stage actor who performed equally well in Yiddish and English. Signed by the actor Jacob Ben-Ami on front free endpaper. First edition (first printing). Near fine copy in decorated paper and black cloth covers with bright gilt lettering on spine. In a very good dust jacket with surface scuffs, edge and corner wear, mild tanning to spine, and small edge chips. Nice association copy.
